Who this app is for

Upland Time Ticket is a private business app for Upland Oilfield Services employees and invited customer companies. It is not a consumer social app and it is not sold to the public.

What we collect

• Account sign-in (username and password). Passwords are stored as one-way hashes.
• Time tickets, job locations, labor hours, equipment, and invoice totals you enter.
• E-signatures drawn in the app, and PDFs generated from completed tickets.
• Job Safety Analysis (JSA) records created by company staff.
• A session cookie so you stay signed in until you sign out or the idle timer expires.

What we do not collect

• No advertising trackers or third-party analytics SDKs.
• No sale of personal information.
• No contacts, photos, or precise location unless you type a job location yourself.

Where data lives

Ticket, user, signature, and PDF data are stored on Upland’s company servers (the same website the iPhone app opens). Access is limited to signed-in accounts and the privileges your administrator assigns.

iPhone app

The iPhone app is a secure window onto the same company site. Optional Face ID or device passcode only unlocks the app on your phone — those biometrics stay on the device and are never sent to Upland servers.

Your choices

You can sign out at any time. To correct or delete a ticket, ask a user with the right privilege, or contact your Upland administrator. Customer-company logins only see tickets for their company.
